Present: K.Loney, G.Portway, G.Roberts, J.Shepherd 1) Membership - only 37 paid up members this year - PLRA should consider hand-delivering newsletter & membership form to ALL property owners next year - newsletter should include "Why you should be a member" and "These are the issues that we’ve been dealing with" 2) TSW Coalition - $200 cheque sent to support TSW - report in the Minister’s hands / more to be heard by Christmas - new wrinkle is the new proposed canal through Trent University 3) Incorporation - Ken’s working through the paperwork to incorporate as a "not-for-profit corporation" 4) Executive Positions - executive positions will be determined prior to the AGM and then presented to the membership 5) Watershed Plan - has been "received" by municipal council - possible presentation at Planning Committee after Nov.1/07 Next Meeting: Sunday May 25th, 2008
